What Does a Typical Party Look Like?
Parties begin by meeting in the mini golf waiting area (in-between the caddie shack & the practice putting green) where parents can take a tally of food and beverage choices for each guest as they arrive. Once all guests have arrived, food/drink orders can be delivered to our patio grille (as well as any dessert items that may need to be kept cold), and parents can begin to occupy the picnic grove area. The children will then be distributed putters and golf balls, can utilize the practice putting green area, and then proceed to split into groups and play their round of golf. Upon completion of the round, parties will return to the picnic grove area where food/drinks/desserts will be delivered and served. Guests will also receive their free admission passes for later use.
Each party also includes access to our beautiful shaded picnic grove area where we will deliver you meals and any dessert items that you need us to keep cold during your round of golf. This includes the use of the “Hidden Valley Station” Wooden Train and Wooden Pirate Ship playground areas.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own birthday cake (or birthday dessert), along with all of the necessary plates, utensils, serving tools, etc. No other outside food or beverages will be permitted!
A 15% gratuity will be added to all party invoices. Tax is not included with prices. Cash or Checks only.
